What is a Pre-Order Sale?

A pre-order sale lets you purchase products before they are officially released. This ensures that you secure your item and are among the first to receive it.

Important: All pre-order products are Final Sale and cannot be canceled or returned.

Pre-order items will ship according to the shipping date listed in the product description. Please check carefully before purchasing.

What is your Refund Policy?

We generally do not offer refunds, including for pre-order products. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@charasphere.com.

Be sure to include your order number and photos of the defect for faster resolution.

Can I Return or Exchange an Item?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that items are unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we will issue store credit for the item’s purchase price. One exchange per order is permitted.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes! International shipping rates are based on your country, package size, and weight. Customs fees or import taxes may also apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Our Delivery Guarantee protects you in the event your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please allow up to 14 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international) before filing a claim.
  • If items arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. Limit: 1 claim per order.
  • We cannot cover incorrect address input, minor delays under the timeframes above, or items not in resalable condition.
